kungph Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kungph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the kungph platform at kungph.net, operating under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Platform" means the kungph website accessible at kungph.net, including all subpages, game interfaces, betting markets, account dashboards, and mobile interfaces.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and available for wagering and withdrawal, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits issued by kungph subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the turnover multiple that must be completed before a Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulatory instrument includes all amendments, re-enactments, or replacements thereof.

These Terms & Conditions become legally binding on you upon the earliest of the following events: (a) your completion of the kungph account registration process; (b) your first login to a previously registered account; or (c) your use of any game, betting market, or other service available on the Platform, whether as a registered user or otherwise.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms. In all cases, both you and the party on whose behalf you act are jointly and severally bound.

kungph reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active kungph account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity for the purpose of circumventing these Terms;
3. You are accessing the Platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law;
4. You are not an employee, officer, director, consultant, or close family member of kungph or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners;
5. You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the kungph platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
6. You have not previously had a kungph account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

kungph conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of account operation. Failure to complete KYC to the satisfaction of kungph's compliance team will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, where required by law, account closure.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) registered account on the kungph platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — identified by matching name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, IP address, GCash number, bank account number, or any other identifying attribute — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended, any open bets cancelled at the applicable void odds, and all balances across the duplicate accounts forfeited at kungph's sole discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration and for updating your account details promptly whenever your circumstances change. kungph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or use any automated software to log in to the Platform. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the kungph support team immediately via live chat on the Platform.

kungph reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity is occurring, or that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

kungph supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to change without notice.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation of receipt by kungph's payment processor. GCash deposits are typically reflected within seconds of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits may take between one (1) and three (3) business days to be credited, depending on interbank processing times.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash: Typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval;
• PayMaya: Typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours of approval;
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank: Typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval.

kungph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges for which kungph accepts no responsibility. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

All funds deposited into your kungph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposited amount will be returned to its source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

kungph issues various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all kungph promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing;
• Each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once, unless the promotion is explicitly described as recurring or repeatable;
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms; unused bonus funds expire upon conclusion of the validity period;
• Wagering with bonus funds on games excluded from the promotion's eligible game list will not count toward the wagering requirement;
• Maximum bet sizes may be imposed while a wagering requirement is outstanding; exceeding these limits may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

kungph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused, that technical errors have affected the promotion's operation, or that regulatory requirements necessitate a change. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already opted in will be notified and any fairly earned bonus value will be honoured at kungph's discretion.

Each game and betting market available on the kungph platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before participating. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game or market concerned.

kungph uses independently certified random number generators (RNGs) for all slot and table games in which outcomes are determined digitally. Live casino games are operated from certified studios by licensed game providers. The outcomes of all games are final once settled by the system, except in the case of a demonstrable technical malfunction or error, as described below.

In the event of a technical error or malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or wager, kungph reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wagered amount to the player's Real Money Balance. No claims for winnings that would have resulted from a corrected outcome will be entertained where the game result was produced by a system error.

Wagers once placed and confirmed are binding. Players may not cancel or modify a wager after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific game's rules expressly permit pre-game cancellation within a defined window. All wager amounts are deducted from the applicable balance at the time of placement.

kungph is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered kungph players directly from the Account Settings dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings to control your spending;
• Session Duration Alerts: Receive reminders after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the Platform; self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period and take effect immediately upon submission.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kungph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any way not expressly permitted by kungph;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or system errors for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Conducting transactions through the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds that originate from payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts to claim welcome offers multiple times or deliberately exploiting wagering requirement loopholes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited where that access is in violation of local law;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform's software, design, or content.

Where kungph determines that prohibited activities have occurred, it reserves the right to take all necessary remedial action, including suspending withdrawal privileges, voiding wagers, closing accounts, recovering funds from open balances, and disclosing relevant information to regulatory and law enforcement authorities in compliance with applicable law.

All content on the kungph platform — including but not limited to the kungph brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface layouts, game graphics, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive property of kungph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and related rights.

Your use of the Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of kungph.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Platform are registered and unregistered marks of kungph and its licensors. Unauthorised use of any Platform trademark is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kungph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service provided thereon shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kungph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

kungph shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable or if kungph has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, contracts, goodwill, or opportunity;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from the acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, network providers, or game content suppliers;
• Losses arising from Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory intervention.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kungph's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by kungph is governed by the kungph Privacy Policy, which is available at kungph.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kungph collects and processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Personal data collected from you during registration, KYC verification, and platform use will be processed for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and service improvement.

You have rights under the Data Privacy Act including the right of access, correction, erasure, and objection to processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact the kungph support team via live chat or at the email address published on the Platform.

kungph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter your rights or obligations as a player — kungph will provide advance notice of at least fourteen (14) days by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage.

Where amendments are non-material — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or additions that expand rather than restrict your rights — they may be made with immediate effect and without advance notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting the kungph support team.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from the use of the Platform, kungph encourages players to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the support team via live chat. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is empowered to resolve the majority of account, payment, and game-related disputes within 48 hours of a formal dispute submission.

Where informal resolution is unsuccessful within fourteen (14) days of a formal written dispute submission, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved by agreement or through the PAGCOR mechanism.
